Abstract

This study aims to investigate various aspects related to the planning and implementation of character education to improve the quality of teachers at MTs. Nurul Iman Cibaduyut, as well as the supervisory efforts made by the head of the Madrasah in this regard. The research approach adopted for this study is qualitative, which involves collecting and analyzing empirical data through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The data is analyzed using a scientific, logical approach, which involves reducing, presenting, verifying, and formulating conclusions from the research findings. Overall, this study aims to gain a deeper understanding of character education's planning, organization, implementation, and supervision to improve the quality of teachers at MTs. Nurul Iman Cibaduyut
