Abstract

Education and training are essential in supporting the improvement of work implementation, including cooperative issues, so that management, determination, and perseverance can help overcome obstacles. This study aimed to provide an overview of cooperative education and training in fostering entrepreneurship for students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah 3 Arjasari, Bandung Regency. The research findings showed cooperative education and training fostered student entrepreneurship at Al-Basyariyah Islamic Boarding School 3 Arjasari. The study analyzed planning, implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, constraints, and solutions at Al-Basyariyah Islamic Boarding School 3 Arjasariyah. Qualitatively, the results were positive, particularly in aspects of cooperative management. However, some areas for improvement were identified, such as management, costs, facilities, and infrastructure. The results of cooperative education and training in fostering Santri entrepreneurship at the Al-Basyariyah 3 Arjasari Islamic boarding school are as follows: First, planning is quite good. Second, the implementation is adequate, with cooperative education and training provided every three months. Third, overcoming obstacles is achievable with determination and perseverance. Fourth, solutions include developing and improving management, costs, facilities, and infrastructure gradually and sustainably
