STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out what kind of strategy was carried out by BAZNAS Bandung Regency in terms of Optimizing Zakat Collection. This study uses a qualitative method to look at the phenomena that you then interpret. The research is based on the management of BAZNAS, making SOPs or Standard Operating Procedures, and applying these standards which serve as guidelines to anticipate various unexpected situations that will be faced by BAZNAS, as well as a reference for carrying out work.
