Abstract

Curriculum Management will determine the success of the implementation of education. This study aims to describe Ta?fi? Curriculum Management in Formation of Rabbani Character in Mataqu 'Utsman bin 'Affan Lhokseumawe. This research was conducted on Mataqu 'Utsman bin 'Affan Lhokseumawe. This research uses qualitative research and a descriptive analysis approach. In collecting data, researchers conducted observations, interviews and documentation studies. As for the analysis, the researcher used data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) Management of the ta?fi? curriculum includes a planning function in the form of  meeting activities held at the beginning of the school year which are attended by mudir, directors of the Qur’an and the Qur’an team in preparing guidelines for the ta?fi? program, study schedules, calendar of activities of the Qur’an organizing function in the form of a clear division of tasks and authority between the director of the Qur'an, the principal, the deputy for the Qur'anic curriculum; Implementation function using ?alaqah, ta?sin, mur?ja'ah, talaqqi, taakhkhi methods; the function of evaluating students' learning outcomes in the form of written tests, oral tests and tasmi' (2) the formation of rabbinic characters through the introduction of the rules that have been prepared in planning; implementation with changes in students' emotions by reflecting 2 sides of conscience, namely already knowing what is right and feeling obliged to do what is right; and habituation will form the character of loving Allah and the Apostle, responsibility, care for the environment, cooperation, independence, patience and respect for others, discipline, fond for reading at Mataqu ‘Utsman Bin ‘Affan Lhokseumawe
