Abstract

: The aim of this research is to increase students' motivation to learn about moral values ??at SD IT At-Taubah Karawang through the use of role-playing methods. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research. The purposive sampling method was used to select research subjects. Interviews, documentation, and observation are data collection techniques. School principals, student affairs, Islamic religious education teachers, and students are research subjects. Data analysis techniques include collecting, reducing, displaying, and checking data. The results of the research show that the application of the role-playing method to increase students' learning motivation on moral values ??at SD IT At-Taubah Karawang shows that students are more diligent and focused, have better learning outcomes, and are willing to face challenges. This is proven by verifying the data using a data assessment rubric: the results of observations, interviews and documentation show that the Role Playing Method can create student learning motivation. The conclusion from this research is that the implementation of the Role Playing Method is very appropriate for increasing student motivation in learning.
